Here is a super easy project that adds a pretty feeling to your celebration. You will need 4 to 6 packs of baking cups. It all depends on how tight you want your garlands to be.
First, cut your fabric and tulle into circles. Use your cupcake liner as a guide.
Next, layout all of the liners and fabric circles. Arrange them into a stack in the order you would like.
Once you have about 2/3 of your liners strung, space them out. Make them as loose or tight as you wish. You’ll need a glue gun to attach the liners to the thread. Let the glue dry before you continue. The hot glue will dry fast. Repeat this process until you have a full garland.
